A workplace readiness program ~
The Francois Vivier designed Ebihen 16' was built in summer 2013 through a collaboration with Worksystems Inc. Nine post-high school students worked for 14 weeks in a workplace setting gaining both academic and woodworking skills. Many credit the experience with getting jobs or progressing academically.
